The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to make its debut in Europe on April 15, 2025, with reports suggesting it will be available in three distinct colors: Silver, Black, and Blue. Although the phone will likely be unveiled on the specified date, it remains uncertain whether it will go on sale simultaneously. Previous reports indicate that Samsung might only release the device to retail shelves in May 2025, following an unveiling event around mid-April.
Samsung initially teased the Galaxy S25 Edge during its Unpacked event in late January, along with the standard Galaxy S25 lineup. The design of the S25 Edge was further showcased at the MWC 2025, although media representatives weren’t allowed to physically interact with the device. Recent rumors have intensified, pointing towards a more concrete release timeframe, aligning with leaks from European retailers suggesting the April date.
In terms of storage options, the Galaxy S25 Edge is anticipated to come in 256GB and 512GB configurations, each equipped with 12GB of RAM to enhance Galaxy AI capabilities. The phone will also accompany two new accessories: a silicone case and a Kindsuit case, which are reminiscent of those offered for the standard Galaxy S25. While no official pricing details have been released, speculations indicate that the starting price for the Galaxy S25 Edge could range from €1200 to €1300, with the higher-end 512GB model potentially costing around €1400.
Moreover, Samsung is reportedly planning a limited initial run of around 40,000 units, suggesting the device could be available in select markets, including Korea, parts of Europe, and the United States. The phone is expected to feature dual rear cameras, a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and a 4,000mAh battery, positioning it amidst a competitive landscape with slim devices gaining popularity.
