Samsung is set to unveil an exciting array of devices in the second half of 2025, including new Galaxy tablets, wearables, and the highly anticipated XR headset. The upcoming Galaxy Tab series will emphasize advanced AI features, while the Galaxy Watch 8 is expected to feature a groundbreaking design along with enhanced health capabilities. Every year, Samsung showcases a diverse selection of gadgets. With the Galaxy S25 series already released and new foldable models on the horizon, Samsung is now gearing up to launch its latest Galaxy tablets and wearables.
Last year saw the debut of the Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra, and official details regarding the next wave of devices have recently emerged. During the Q1 2025 earnings call, Samsung reported a significant 21.7% increase in net profit and shared insights about its forthcoming products. This includes the anticipated Galaxy Watch 8, the Galaxy Tab S11 series, and the much-discussed XR headset. Included in the call was an announcement from Bryan Ma indicating that the next Galaxy Tab series would integrate more AI features.
In addition, Samsung hinted at an innovative design for the new Galaxy Watch, promising heightened health features. Although specific design aspects remain unconfirmed, expectations are high for the Galaxy Watch 8, with rumors suggesting its debut alongside new foldables at Samsung’s Unpacked event in July 2025. Of particular interest is the long-awaited XR headset, which has been under development for some time. While the specifics of Project Moohan were previously limited, the recent presentation slide indicates Samsung’s intent to explore new XR products later in 2025.
Although exact launch dates for these devices are yet to be established, it is evident that Samsung is gearing up for a vibrant second half of 2025, with additional projects like an affordable flip phone and a trifolding smartphone rumored to be in the works.
