Leaks Reveal Samsung’s Upcoming Midrange Tablets

Samsung is set to enhance its mid-range tablet offerings with the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series, which will include two models, one of which is larger than the other. These new tablets boast several upgrades, such as bigger screen sizes, S Pen support, the Exynos 1580 chipset, and the ability to charge rapidly via 45W USB-C. In Europe, the pricing for the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series ranges between €579 and €849, depending on storage options and whether the user opts for 5G connectivity. Although Samsung has seemingly overlooked the base model in its Galaxy Tab S10 lineup—only releasing the Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra—the company remains committed to its mid-range FE tablet series.

Thanks to a significant leak from trusted tipster Roland Quandt, we have insight into the upcoming Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 FE+ models, including their specifications and expected pricing. Similar to the previous iteration, this series will consist of the standard Galaxy Tab S10 FE and a larger Galaxy Tab S10 FE+. Notably, the latter will see screen size increased from 12.4 inches in the S9 FE+ to 13.1 inches, alongside a resolution of 2880 x 1800. Meanwhile, the standard model maintains a 10.9-inch size with a resolution of 2304 x 1440.

Under the hood, both tablets will utilize Samsung’s Exynos 1580 chipset, with storage options of 128GB or 256GB and the inclusion of a microSD card slot for expandable storage. The Tab S10 FE will feature an 8,000 mAh battery, while the FE+ will come with a larger 10,090 mAh battery, both supporting fast charging. In terms of camera specifications, the Tab S10 FE+ will see a change with the removal of the ultra-wide rear camera, featuring only a 13MP main camera. The front camera remains consistent at 12MP across both models.

Pricing information reveals that the base Wi-Fi model of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE will start at €579, with the 5G version priced from €679. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ will begin at €749 for the Wi-Fi model. As details continue to surface, an official launch appears imminent.
