Leak Reveals Google Pixel Watch 4’s Band Styles and Color Choices Before Official Release

As the anticipated August 20th launch of Google’s Pixel devices approaches, a wave of rumors has emerged, revealing exciting details about the upcoming products. Recent leaks disclosed information about the Pixel 10, including its available colors and storage options, and confirmed the existence of the Pixel Buds 2a along with a new wireless charging accessory. In addition, fresh leaks have surfaced regarding the Pixel Watch 4, detailing its sizes, colors, and band options. Similar to the Pixel Watch 3, the new smartwatch is expected to be available in two sizes: 41mm and 45mm, with both Wi-Fi and LTE configurations.

The 41mm variant will be offered in Black, Gold, Moonstone, and Silver, while the 45mm version will feature Obsidian, Lemon, Moonstone, Iris, and Porcelain shades. Notably, Moonstone will be the sole color available in both sizes. Google is also planning to release new watchbands for the Pixel Watch 4, such as a Gradient Stretch Band and a two-tone Leather Band in Jade. Additional leaked band options include the 2-Tone Leather Band and multiple colors for the Active and Active Sport Bands, which reflect a vibrant palette ideal for different preferences.

Though the Pixel Watch 4 will maintain the same sizes as its predecessor, which allows for band interchangeability, it may also bring some changes. The leaked designs show that it will resemble the current model, albeit with slight modifications. One significant upgrade is the transition to wireless charging, as Google is expected to abandon the POGO pin charging method. However, this transition may result in a thicker profile compared to the Watch 3.

Internally, it appears the Pixel Watch 4 will retain the same Qualcomm W5 chip found in previous models, indicating that major internal upgrades may not be on the horizon.
