The recent launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series and new Galaxy Z foldables signals a busy start to 2025 for Samsung. However, the tech giant isn’t stopping there; several exciting products are still on the horizon. Anticipated highlights include Samsung’s first trifolding phone and the latest Fan Edition refresh, expected later this year.
Moreover, Samsung is reportedly gearing up to unveil the next generation of Galaxy tablets. Early renders of the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra have already surfaced, with recent leaks indicating that the tablets may debut a month earlier than initially expected. Notably, new certification listings have emerged, shedding light on the features of the upcoming high-end tablet.
According to XpertPick, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra recently appeared in Finland’s SGS Fimko certification database. The listing reveals three variants of the device: SM-X936B, SM-X936N, and SM-X930. These models are anticipated to correspond to the 5G + Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi-only, and South Korean versions respectively.
In terms of specifications, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is said to house an 11,600mAh battery, which represents a modest increase of 400mAh over the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. However, it seems that Samsung will maintain the same 45W fast charging speed as its predecessor, a decision that may disappoint some fans. As the Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumored to feature faster charging options, many had hoped for similar advancements in the tablet line.
Aside from the battery and charging details, concrete information about the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra remains limited. Speculations suggest it may utilize the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset and run One UI 8 based on Android 16, but confirmation of these details is still awaited.
