Samsung enhances its popular Good Lock module, introducing exciting new features for users.

Good Lock’s One Hand Operation+ module significantly enhances the usability of Galaxy phones, making one-handed operation more convenient. The latest update introduces multiple gesture handles on both sides of the screen, which increases functionality for users.

Additionally, a new “System back gesture” toggle has been added, further improving the user experience. Samsung’s One UI is known for its high level of customizability, but for those seeking even greater adaptability, the Good Lock modules offer an impressive array of features.

These modules allow users to extend beyond what One UI typically provides, adding both straightforward and advanced functionalities. Recently, Samsung upgraded one of its most popular Good Lock modules, One Hand Operation+, elevating the customization options for Galaxy phones, though access to these features requires One UI 8.

The One Hand Operation+ update now allows users to add gesture handles to the left and right sides of the screen. This design aims to facilitate easier one-handed controls, enabling swiping actions in various directions to perform multiple tasks effortlessly.

Previously, users were limited to one handle on each side. With the new update, multiple handles can be added, which means users can assign different functions to specific screen areas.

However, this may initially create a learning curve as users adjust to remembering the various gestures. The addition of multiple handles is compatible with both One UI 6 and 7, but to access the new “System back gesture” toggle, One UI 8 is required.

This feature enables users to utilize the system back gesture outside the handle area, correcting a previous restriction. Although Good Lock is not preinstalled on Galaxy devices, it is highly recommended for those interested in enhancing productivity on their Samsung smartphones.
